Orders are processed and shipped or prepared for delivery/pickup between 1-5 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic Shipping within Canada

We use a shipping broker who ships with Purolator, FedEx, CanPar and they cannot accept PO Boxes within Canada.

International Shipping

We limit our shipping to within Canada until the tariffs situation improves. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We strive to ensure every product and every batch is problem-free, but should you encounter one, please contact us to discuss and include detailed pictures.

Due to the cost of shipping in Canada, returns are very costly and will not be accepted via mail. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
