Since 2012 we’ve focused on creating high quality science-backed natural products that truly nourish skin, smell great and perform better than expected. We believe in nurturing the customer relationships and with the strong support and dedication from some wonderful local shops (since 2013!), we’ve cultivated a solid reputation for good service and great products- a sustainable brand. Paired with an extensive background in retail and customer service, we’re proud to promote a professional standard of excellence.

Skin Potion Naturals – Wholesale Terms & Conditions
PRODUCT CARE & DISPLAY:
To maintain the integrity and lifespan of our natural ingredients, products must not be displayed in direct sunlight or exposed to extreme heat, humidity or temperatures. Any of these factors quickly degrade the natural products and the soap labels will stick. They cannot be displayed in sunny windows or subjected to rainy outdoor markets or temperatures over 25 degrees celcius.
Failure to follow these storage guidelines may void our product replacement policy.
Wholesale Application & Approval
All new accounts must complete our Wholesale Application in full. We personally review every applicant to ensure brand alignment. Once approved, you will receive a password to the Wholesale Shop where you can place orders online quickly and easily.
Wholesaler Active Status
Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months will automatically revert to retail status. We love keeping our wholesale partners active — regular reorders maintain your access to Wholesale pricing.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon ordering. If you prefer to pay by eTransfer, simply request an invoice via email. Orders will not be released until payment is received. Unpaid invoices after 14 days will be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
Free delivery within Fredericton city limits (within 5 business days). Free shipping on all other Canadian addresses on orders over $500. If you’d like to pick up at a location in Fredericton, we’re happy to arrange that.
Shelf Life & Storage
All products are made fresh in small batches and carry a 12-month shelf life from manufacture date (clearly printed lot code). Store in a cool, dry place. We recommend discounting items approaching 10–11 months to maintain customer satisfaction and protect the brand reputation we’ve worked hard to build.
Branding & Re-labelling
Our labels comply with Health Canada cosmetic regulations and may not be altered, covered, or re-labelled. For white-label or private-label collaborations, please contact us — we love creating custom products!
Dropshipping & International Shipping
We do not offer dropshipping at this time and only ship within Canada.
Limited-Edition & Excluded Items
Small-batch, imperfects, custom-order leftovers, are excluded from wholesale purchasing. This includes bulk/refill items unless you are a refillery. Our bulk items are not to be purchased and decanted into containers and labelled for the purpose of selling individually.
Online & Marketplace Sales
You are welcome (and encouraged!) to sell on your own website. Products may not be listed on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Faire, or any third-party marketplace. Please keep the photos updated to relect branding and labelling changes.
Quality Concerns & Recalls
Please contact us immediately with any quality issues — we will arrange inspection and replacement if needed. In the rare event of a recall, we will notify you directly and handle replacement or credit.
Testers
Complimentary labelled testers are provided for select items. Testers are for in-store use only and may not be sold or gifted under any circumstance. We will refresh testers annually or as needed — just reach out when yours are looking tired.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon ordering and in the case of invoices, we require payment within 14 days of invoice date. Orders will not ship until payment is received. Unpaid invoices after 14 days will be cancelled. Due to the nature of our small business, we do not offer Net payment options.
Exclusivity & Custom Orders
Exclusivity on specific products or territories is available on a case-by-case basis — let’s talk! We also love co-creating custom scents or formulations if you’re looking for a custom product or scent. Termination of Wholesale
Status
Either party may end the wholesale relationship at any time with written notice via email.
We reserve the right to update these terms.
