If you’re all about offering your customers wholesome, high-quality, natural skincare that actually works—you’re going to fall in love with what we create.
Our business has grown since 2012 with the strong support of local shops. Because of that, we’ve got lots of experience in maintaining a professional standard of excellence.
As with any business partnership or major purchase, there are always disclaimers and conditions to agree to. Here’s ours.

Important: Because of the delicate nature of handmade products, they require special care. Soaps degrade quickly when exposed to direct sunlight and moisture; and our balms are sunlight and temperature sensitive. Every retailer is expected to maintain the products’ integrity by keeping them away from inclement weather (rain), high humidity, direct sunlight and avoiding drastic temperature fluctuations (repeated outdoor markets in summer or winter; frozen or hot conditions). If the soaps degrade due to these exposures, the labels will stick and/or the soap will develop orange spots prematurely, and customers won’t buy them. If you cannot commit to this, we’d appreciate you consider your commitment as a wholesaler. (Ex: selling at weekly, winter, excessively hot or rainy outdoor markets and other damp environments; letting items sit in the sun or in a sunny window in your shop can all expose our products to premature degradation.)
Wholesale Terms & Conditions:
Please fill out the Wholesale Application. As every applicant will be vetted, you risk not being approved as wholesale status if you don’t fully complete the application. Once approved you can begin shopping. Order minimum is $200.
If you apply for a wholesale account and then don’t use it for six months, or a wholesale account remains inactive for twelve (12) months after the initial order, it will revert to a regular customer account. We encourage you to stay active to maintain access to wholesale pricing and benefits.
Unless otherwise arranged with us, we will deliver within Fredericton city limits for free within 5 business days. For surrounding areas, we offer delivery for $15 upon request, otherwise you may choose a shipping option. All other locations, wholesaler pays shipping.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time to reflect rising costs of supplies and inflation.
Individual Wholesaler Coupon codes are not permitted to be shared with others. Regular retail coupon codes are not able to be used in conjunction with custom Wholesaler codes.
You may not re-label our products for any purpose- We strictly adhere to Canadian cosmetics regulations and the labels are designed purposefully and lawfully. We do not permit marking on our labels. When custom pricing, please use a label machine.
We do not offer drop shipping.
There are some exclusions as to what wholesalers can purchase, if you don’t see a wholesale discount, it’s not available for wholesale purchase because these are small limited batches, special offerings, imperfects, or leftovers from custom orders.
Our products have a guaranteed shelf life of one year after purchase when stored in proper conditions as outlined in the first paragraph on this page. If approaching the one-year mark, we strongly recommend they be discounted to encourage quick sale before they expire. All products are made in small batches frequently so are guaranteed fresh. All items are marked with a lot code so we know when the item was manufactured and expiration is one year from the date of manufacture. If long term storage is needed, please store products in a cool, dry place (not frozen) or contact us to discuss your concerns.
Selling on your store’s website is encouraged- please keep it up to date if we change the labels, pricing or discontinue products. You may not sell our items on Amazon, eBay, auctions, or third-party marketplaces (Etsy, Faire, etc).
If you need support regarding the quality of a product, please contact us and we’re happy to discuss concerns and perform an inspection. If there’s an issue with a recalled product or manufacturing defect, we will reach out. We do not offer returns unless there’s a product quality issue, in which case we would offer replacement.
We may offer exclusivity for particular products- please contact us to discuss. Not all shops are a good fit for all products. (Ex: We offer bulk containers at a refillery, but not every shop.) If you’d like a custom product, we’d love to co-create with you!
We provide complimentary “Testers” for some products that will be clearly labelled as Testers, unless otherwise arranged. If they are broken or disappear, we will replace them for a fee. We will replace the complimentary testers yearly or when necessary to ensure fresh product- please reach out to us when that date approaches. They’ll have a Lot Code on the bottom, which is the manufacturing date, either on the bottom or on the back of the label. It is the wholesaler’s responsibility to maintain fresh testers. Testers are NOT to be gifted or sold to customers under any circumstances.
Products will not be shipped or delivered until payment is received.
Payment must be made within 14 days of order or the order will deem null and void.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the wholesale status at any time, as do you, the wholesalers. Clear communication is always appreciated. In the case of no communication or “ghosting”, we will assume the relationship terminated indefinitely.
